Registration Terms and Conditions for The Randalls Open 2025

By submitting this registration form, I confirm that I wish to enter The Randalls Open 2025 held at St. Clement's Golf Club. I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

This competition is open only to male adult golfers with a handicap index of 18.0 or lower.

If the competition is oversubscribed, a ballot will be conducted starting with the highest handicaps.

Players who are unsuccessful in the ballot will be refunded the entry fee in full.

2. Entry Fee and Payment Terms

I acknowledge that the entry fee of £35.00 and agree to make payment immediately upon registration using the available online payment options. My registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

3. Closing Date and Draw

Registration will close on Sunday, 27th April at midday.

The draw will be published and participants will be notified by email approximately 5 days before the competition date.

We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred tee time; however, you may be moved to a different time category based on availability and the overall scheduling requirements.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

I consent to the secure online storage of my personal information. My details will be used solely for purposes related to St. Clement's Golf Club events, including but not limited to Opens, Invitationals, and other Club fixtures. My information will not be shared with third parties without my explicit consent.

5. Acceptance of Club Rules and Regulations

I agree to comply with the Rules of Golf, as well as the local rules and regulations of St. Clement's Golf Club. I also accept the authority of the Committee to resolve any disputes that may arise, and I agree to abide by their rulings and decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If I need to cancel my registration, I understand that a refund will only be considered if a cancellation request is submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund unless due to exceptional circumstances, subject to the discretion of the Committee.

7. Liability Waiver

I accept that St. Clement's Golf Club and its officials shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or accident that may occur before, during, or after the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Dress Code and Etiquette

I agree to adhere to the Club’s dress code and golf etiquette standards at all times during the event.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with my registration and submitting payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
